Email hello@doctor-email-list.com with your NPI. You are removed within five business days from every future file we build.

What to send

• Your 10-digit NPI. That is the only thing we match on.
• The email address you want suppressed, if you know it is in a file.

There is no form here on purpose. A form would collect more about you than the one number we need.

What happens

• Your NPI goes on a permanent suppression list.
• Every file built after that excludes you, in every specialty.
• We reply to confirm, and that is the last email you get from us.

We cannot recall files a customer already downloaded. What we control is everything we build from that day on.
