If you buy from us
We keep your email address, what you bought, and the Stripe charge id. Stripe handles the card and we never see the number. We use your email to send the file, the receipt, and replies to your own messages. We do not sell buyer data and we do not run ads on it.
If you request a sample
We keep the email address you typed and the specialty you asked about, so we can send the file and one follow up. Reply with the word stop and we delete the record.
Analytics
We use privacy-first analytics that record page views, referrers, and country. No cookies for tracking, no cross-site profiles, no advertising pixels.
The physician data we sell
The files describe physicians in their professional capacity: name, NPI, credential, practice name, practice address and phone, medical school and graduation year, plus a work email address where we found and verified one. The source is the public CMS Doctors and Clinicians file and the NPPES registry. There is no patient data of any kind. See where the data comes from.
A physician can be removed from every future file by emailing hello@doctor-email-list.com with their NPI. We act within five business days. Details on the opt-out page.
