Doctor Email List (doctor-email-list.com) is a physician data product, launched in September 2026, that sells one CSV per medical specialty built from the public CMS Doctors and Clinicians file plus a verified email column.

What is in each file
Policies
Delivery. You download the CMS columns right after you pay. If your specialty's email column is not built yet, it arrives by email within 24 hours at no extra cost.
Bounce refund. If more than 5% of the verified emails hard-bounce on your first send within 30 days, send the bounce report and the list price is refunded; you keep the file.
Licence. You can use the file without limit inside your company; you can't resell it or post it publicly.
What the files hold. The files hold practice contact details from a public federal registry: no patient data, no home addresses and no personal phone numbers.
Opting out. A physician who emails their NPI is removed from every future file within five business days.
