What you are buying
A one-time licence to one data file, or to every file in the case of the bundle. You pay once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no seat count.
What you may do with it
- Use it inside your company without limit, across teams, tools, and campaigns.
- Load it into your CRM, your sending tool, and your ad platforms.
- Keep it after the licence purchase. There is nothing to expire.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or republish the file, in whole or in part, as a data product.
- Run it as a service for other companies who have not bought their own licence.
- Post it publicly or share it outside your company.
One agency working on behalf of one named client is fine. An agency reusing one file across many clients needs one licence per client.
Bounce refund
If more than 5% of the verified emails hard-bounce on your first send within 30 days, send us the bounce report and we refund the $295. Keep the file. Soft bounces, out-of-office replies, and spam-folder placement are not hard bounces.
You are the sender
When you email anyone in these files you are the sender and the compliance duty is yours. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires accurate headers, a subject line that matches the message, a real postal address, and an unsubscribe honored within 10 business days. Rules differ outside the US. We do not send on your behalf and we cannot vouch for your campaign.
Accuracy
The files come from public federal sources plus our own verification, both dated on the page. Physicians move, retire, and change practices. We do not warrant that every row is current on the day you send. What we do warrant is the bounce refund above and that every number we publish is computed from the file we ship. Physician removals
A physician who asks to be removed is suppressed from every future file within five business days. That does not reach into files already downloaded.
