Best physician email lists to buy one time
On four criteria chosen before we scored anyone, Doctor Email List ranks first, ahead of UpLead and CarePrecise, because it is the only seller that prints a price, sells once, sells by specialty and states a refund rule on its own pages. It loses on size: LakeB2B, MedicoReach and DataCaptive print larger national counts, and ours stops at Medicare-enrolled physicians.
We make Doctor Email List, one of the sellers on this page. The criteria came first, then we read each seller's own pages on Oct 6, 2026 and marked a criterion only where the page states it. We did not buy any list, so this says nothing about how accurate anyone's emails are.
By Ryan Doyle, founder of Doctor Email List. Published Oct 6, 2026, sellers' pages read the same day.
The four criteria
- A price printed on the page, so you can compare before you talk to sales.
- A one-time option, with no subscription needed.
- Specialty targeting: a file or filter by medical specialty.
- Written refund, replacement or accuracy terms.
One point per criterion met. Ties break on the price criterion, then alphabetically.

Where this ranking misleads
The score counts what a seller states, not how good the data is. Size and freshness are not scored, and the sellers with no printed price may be the right pick if you need a custom list, other countries or nurses and dentists. Our own limits: Medicare-enrolled physicians only, and the email column is built after you order.
Facts get checked again by Dec 5, 2026. Related: every seller compared, what a list costs.
Questions buyers ask
It is cheaper if you will send one campaign or two and do not need the records refreshed. A subscription or credit plan fits teams that pull new contacts every month. Neither is better by itself; it depends on how often you will use the data.
Ask before you pay. Some sellers include an email on most rows, some sell emails per address, and ours builds a verified email column after the order and prints the check date. Never assume every row has an email.
The sellers count different things: a physician, a contact at a practice, or an address. Ask what one row is, then compare cost per row.
