Who buys this list

Rehabilitation equipment and robotics

Gait trainers, therapy equipment and rehab technology are capital purchases with a physician champion inside the facility. This file names them.

Spasticity toxins and intrathecal therapies

A concentrated prescriber base, reachable by NPI, with a verified email column and the date it was checked.

Orthotics, prosthetics and DME suppliers

Referral volume comes from physical medicine and rehabilitation. Filter by state so your fitting locations match the referrers you contact.

Post acute staffing and rehab operators

Inpatient rehab units compete for a small physician pool. A work email beats another call into a facility operator.

Questions buyers ask

How current is the underlying data?

The CMS Doctors and Clinicians file we build from is dated Aug 18, 2026. When CMS publishes a new file we rebuild and reverify, and the dates on this page change with it.

Who is behind each row?

One clinician. Name, credential, NPI, the practice they bill from, the practice phone, city and state, and a verified work email where we have one. Buyers tell us the front desk inbox is the thing that ruins a list, so we do not count one as an email.

How much of the file is emailable?

Compare that with a vendor who quotes a record count and stays quiet about coverage.

Is physiatry the same as physical medicine and rehabilitation?

Yes. CMS enrolls the specialty as physical medicine and rehabilitation, and physiatrist is what these physicians call themselves. This list is those physicians, not physical therapists or occupational therapists, who have their own CMS codes and their own much larger rosters. Credential is shown on every row so you can see what you bought.

How stale is the email column?

Stale data is why lists get returned, so the check runs against live mailboxes rather than a cached result. Hard bounces over five percent on your first send are a refund.

What about HIPAA?

HIPAA protects patient health information. This file has none. It is provider business data from a public CMS Medicare file, the same records anyone can download. Your send is governed by CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a physical postal address in the message, a working unsubscribe. Rules elsewhere are your responsibility.
