Who buys this list

Bronchoscopy and navigation platforms

Robotic bronchoscopy and biopsy tools are surgeon preference purchases with long evaluations. Start with the pulmonologist by name.

Respiratory pharma and inhaled therapies

COPD and severe asthma biologics need a prescriber universe with NPIs so your team can match it to claims before the first campaign.

Home oxygen and ventilation DME

Referral volume comes from the prescribing pulmonologist. Filter by state to match your delivery footprint instead of buying national coverage you cannot service.

Sleep testing and pulmonary function vendors

Home sleep tests and PFT equipment sell into the same practices. Practice name and multi location share point at the groups.

Questions buyers ask

Where does this data come from?

The base file is the CMS Doctors and Clinicians national downloadable file, last refreshed Aug 18, 2026. It lists every clinician enrolled in Medicare, so each pulmonologist here bills from a real practice at a real address. The email column is ours: we find the address, then verify it. Nothing is copied from a directory that resells the same rows to everyone.

Are these real people or front desk inboxes?

Every row is one named pulmonologist with their own NPI, practice name, city, state and phone. The email column holds that person's work address where we found and verified one. We do not pad the file with generic office inboxes to lift the count.

How many rows have an email?

Every row has name, NPI, practice, phone, city and state. We print the count instead of letting you assume the whole file is emailable.

Does this include critical care and sleep medicine physicians?

Pulmonary disease is the enrollment used here. Many pulmonologists also practice critical care, but CMS records one primary specialty, so a physician enrolled under critical care sits in that file rather than this one. Sleep medicine is its own code as well. You are getting a clean pulmonary roster, not three specialties stacked to make the count look larger.

What if the emails bounce?

Every address in the email column is checked against the mailbox before the file ships, and catch-all-only and role addresses are dropped. If more than five percent of the verified emails hard bounce on your first send, reply to your receipt with the bounce report and we refund the $295.

Can I legally email these physicians?

In the United States, CAN-SPAM governs commercial email and does not require opt-in for business addresses. Do not disguise who you are, include a real physical mailing address, and honor unsubscribes promptly. HIPAA does not apply to this file: these are provider business records from a public Medicare dataset, not patient records. If you mail outside the US, the local rules are yours to check.
