The CMS Doctors and Clinicians file we build from is dated Aug 18, 2026. When CMS publishes a new file we rebuild and reverify, and the dates on this page change with it.
One clinician. Name, NPI, city and state on every row, plus the credential, the practice they bill from and its phone wherever CMS lists them, and a verified work email where we have one. Buyers tell us the front desk inbox is the thing that ruins a list, so we do not count one as an email.
No verified count yet. This file's email column is built after you order and reaches you within a day at no extra cost, and only addresses that pass an SMTP check go in. Expect a minority of rows to get one: in our first test run, 55 of 400 cardiologists got a verified email (Sep 10, 2026). Every row keeps the practice city, state and ZIP. Most rows also carry a street address and a practice phone.
There is no medical director field in CMS data, so a list built from it can't flag dialysis directors. The practical signal is multi location billing, and 44% of this list bills from more than one address, which is the pattern for a nephrologist covering a practice plus one or more units. Combine that with facility names and you can build the target set yourself.
