Who buys this list

Dialysis equipment and water treatment

Machines, dialyzers and water systems are bought by the medical director of the unit, who is a nephrologist you can name from this file.

CKD and anemia therapy marketing

Prescriber universes for renal therapies need NPIs and current practice addresses. Both are here, with a date on the verification.

Home dialysis and value based kidney care

Growth depends on partnering with nephrologists in specific markets. Sort by state, work the markets where your contracts exist.

Vascular access and nephrology recruiters

Access centers and staffing firms both need the physician, not the clinic switchboard. The direct practice phone is its own column.

Questions buyers ask

How current is the underlying data?

The CMS Doctors and Clinicians file we build from is dated Aug 18, 2026. When CMS publishes a new file we rebuild and reverify, and the dates on this page change with it.

Who is behind each row?

One clinician. Name, credential, NPI, the practice they bill from, the practice phone, city and state, and a verified work email where we have one. Buyers tell us the front desk inbox is the thing that ruins a list, so we do not count one as an email.

How much of the file is emailable?

Compare that with a vendor who quotes a record count and stays quiet about coverage.

Can I find nephrologists tied to dialysis centers?

There is no medical director field in CMS data, so no vendor can flag it honestly. The practical signal is multi location billing, and 44% of this list bills from more than one address, which is the pattern for a nephrologist covering a practice plus one or more units. Combine that with facility names and you can build the target set yourself.

How stale is the email column?

Stale data is why lists get returned, so the check runs against live mailboxes rather than a cached result. Hard bounces over five percent on your first send are a refund.

What about HIPAA?

HIPAA protects patient health information. This file has none. It is provider business data from a public CMS Medicare file, the same records anyone can download. Your send is governed by CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a physical postal address in the message, a working unsubscribe. Rules elsewhere are your responsibility.
