Who buys this list
In office ultrasound and procedure equipment
Ultrasound systems, hysteroscopy and ablation equipment are bought by the practice owner. Name, practice and phone are on every row.
Prenatal and carrier screening labs
Lab volume follows the ordering physician. Cut by state so your sales team works the markets where your draw sites already exist.
Women's health pharma teams
Contraceptive, menopause and fertility marketing needs an NPI level prescriber universe you can match to your own data before a send.
Women's health platforms and recruiters
Groups buying OB-GYN practices and recruiters filling call schedules both need named physicians with locations, not a hospital department page.
See 100 rows before you pay

Questions buyers ask
Yes. The identity columns come from the public CMS Doctors and Clinicians file dated Aug 18, 2026, so you can paste any NPI into the NPPES lookup and see the same name and practice. The email column is the part you cannot get for free, and it is the part we verify before the file ships.
Down to the individual OB-GYN: name, credential, NPI, practice, practice phone, city and state, and a verified work email where one exists. No aggregated clinic rows and no shared inboxes counted as contacts.
One CSV, $295 one time. The honest count is the product.
Not from the CMS enrollment field, because both sit under the same obstetrics and gynecology specialty. Useful proxies are in the file: practice name, city, and whether the physician bills from more than one location. Gynecologic oncology and maternal fetal medicine enroll separately and are not included here. We do not add a flag the source data cannot support.
If more than five percent of the verified emails hard bounce, we refund the $295 on sight of the bounce report. If the segment is wrong for you, say so before you send and we refund. What we cannot do is take back a list you already mailed.
Yes, inside CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a physical mailing address in the footer, an unsubscribe that works, and prompt suppression of anyone who uses it. Opt-in is not required for commercial email to business addresses in the US. HIPAA is not implicated, since nothing here is patient data. Non-US sends follow local law, which is your responsibility.
