Not from the CMS enrollment field, because both sit under the same obstetrics and gynecology specialty. Useful proxies are in the file: practice name, city, and whether the physician bills from more than one location. Gynecologic oncology enrolls under its own CMS specialty and is in the oncologist file. Maternal fetal medicine has no CMS specialty of its own, so those physicians are in this file. We do not add a flag the source data cannot support.
