Who buys this list
Neurodiagnostic equipment vendors
EEG, EMG and nerve conduction systems are bought by the neurologist reading the studies. The file gives you that person plus the practice phone for the follow up call.
MS, migraine and epilepsy therapy marketing
Specialty pharma teams need a prescriber universe with NPIs so the file can be matched to claims and to your own target list before anything is sent.
Teleneurology and reading services
Hospitals and groups buy remote stroke and EEG reading. The buyer is the neurologist who is tired of the call schedule, and geography decides whether you can serve them.
Neurology recruiters
Neurology is short staffed nationwide, so recruiters pay for reach. Career stage is inferable from the graduation year statistic on this page, which is a rough filter for who is likely to move.
See 100 rows before you pay
Real neurologist rows with name, NPI, practice, phone, city and state, so you can check them against your own records. The email column arrives with the paid file. We send the sample and one follow up, nothing else.
Questions buyers ask
The CMS Doctors and Clinicians file we build from is dated Aug 18, 2026. When CMS publishes a new file we rebuild and reverify, and the dates on this page change with it.
One clinician. Name, credential, NPI, the practice they bill from, the practice phone, city and state, and a verified work email where we have one. Buyers tell us the front desk inbox is the thing that ruins a list, so we do not count one as an email.
Compare that with a vendor who quotes a record count and stays quiet about coverage.
Partly, and honestly. The CMS file carries medical school graduation year, and the median for this list is 2006. That is a real proxy for seniority, and it is the one recruiters ask for. It is not a residency completion date and it does not tell you who is looking. Anyone selling you an intent flag on physicians is guessing.
Stale data is why lists get returned, so the check runs against live mailboxes rather than a cached result. Hard bounces over five percent on your first send are a refund.
HIPAA protects patient health information. This file has none. It is provider business data from a public CMS Medicare file, the same records anyone can download. Your send is governed by CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a physical postal address in the message, a working unsubscribe. Rules elsewhere are your responsibility.
