The CMS Doctors and Clinicians national downloadable file, the Medicare enrollment roster, version Aug 18, 2026. Every vascular surgeon in it treats Medicare patients, which is a filter on its own: no lapsed enrollments, no phantom practices. Emails are added and verified by us, not bought from a broker.
Not on the verified rows. The email column is the vascular surgeon's own work address, matched to the practice domain and checked against the mailbox. The practice phone sits in its own column for the times you do want the front desk.
The full roster ships either way, because the phone and practice address are worth having on the rows we could not match.
They are separate CMS specialties and separate files here, with no overlap between them. Vascular surgery covers peripheral arterial and venous work, aneurysm repair and access. Cardiothoracic surgery covers the heart and chest. Interventional cardiologists who do peripheral work enroll under cardiology and appear in the cardiologist list instead.
