It lists every clinician enrolled in Medicare, so each cardiologist here bills from a real practice at a real address. The email column is ours: we find the address, then verify it. Nothing is copied from a directory that resells the same rows to everyone.

Yes. The CMS specialty field is kept as its own column, so interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and the related enrollments stay distinguishable in a spreadsheet filter. Electrophysiology is enrolled separately and is not in this file. If you need it as its own list, ask and we will price it.
Every address in the email column is checked against the mailbox before the file ships, and catch-all-only and role addresses are dropped. If more than five percent of the verified emails hard bounce on your first send, reply to your receipt with the bounce report and we refund the $295.
