Who buys this list
Practice management and EHR software
Charting and billing software gets sold office by office. Most rows carry a practice phone, so you can reach the clinician who bills from that office. Cut by state and work one territory at a time.
Adjusting table and decompression equipment makers
Adjusting tables and spinal decompression systems are capital purchases made by the practice. 15% of rows bill from more than one address, which marks the multi site groups. City and state let you plan rep territories and demo routes.
Supplement and nutraceutical brands
Brands that sell through the office need to reach the chiropractor directly. Each row is one named clinician with an NPI, and the email column is how you reach them. Cut by state to match where you ship and support.
Billing and marketing services
Billing and marketing agencies sign practices one at a time. Every row is a chiropractor enrolled in Medicare, which suits a billing service that works Medicare claims. Most rows give you a phone number, and rows for chiropractors who bill through a group also name the group.
How many chiropractors are in this file?
This file has 40,509 chiropractors, every one enrolled in Medicare in the CMS file dated Aug 18, 2026, counted once each by NPI. Chiropractors who don't bill Medicare are not in it. Every specialty side by side.
Other places to buy a chiropractor list
Other sellers publish different counts, prices and terms. We compared 19 of them on Sep 29, 2026, including where they beat us: physician email list providers, compared. The prices we found are compared on what a physician email list costs.
Questions buyers ask
The roster is the CMS Doctors and Clinicians national file, a public Medicare dataset. The version on this page is dated Aug 18, 2026. We add the email column on top of it and verify each address. Nothing is copied from a directory that resells the same rows to every buyer.
Yes. Each row is one chiropractor with their own NPI. Name, NPI, city, state and ZIP are on every row. Most rows also carry a street address, phone and credential. A practice name appears only for chiropractors who bill through a group, which is fewer than half of this file. The email column holds that clinician's work address where we found and verified one. A generic office inbox does not count as a find.
No. This file's email column is built after you order and reaches you within a day at no extra cost, and only addresses that pass an SMTP check go in. Expect a minority of rows to get one: in our first test run, 55 of 400 cardiologists got a verified email (Sep 10, 2026). Every row keeps the name, NPI, city, state and ZIP. Most rows also carry a street address and a practice phone.
No. The file covers chiropractors enrolled in Medicare. Any chiropractor who never enrolled is missing, so it is not a census of everyone licensed to practice. State is on every row, so you can cut the file to a territory and see what is in it. There is no geography surcharge: you pay $295 for the national file and slice it however you want.
If more than five percent of the verified emails hard bounce on your first send, reply to your receipt with the bounce report and we refund the $295. Only addresses that pass an SMTP check go into the email column.
Not under US law. CAN-SPAM allows commercial email, business-to-business included, without prior opt-in, as long as you tell the truth about who is sending, include a physical address, and honor unsubscribe requests within ten business days. HIPAA covers patient health information and does not reach provider directory data like this file. Your own jurisdiction may be stricter, and that call is yours.
