Yes. The identity columns come from the public CMS Doctors and Clinicians file dated Aug 18, 2026, so you can paste any NPI into the NPPES lookup and see the same name and practice. The email column is the part you cannot get for free, and it is the part we verify before the file ships.

This is the general surgery enrollment, which is where colorectal, surgical oncology and much of trauma and acute care surgery also sit in the CMS file. Vascular, cardiothoracic, plastic, orthopedic and neurological surgery enroll under their own specialties and have their own lists here. No physician appears in two of our specialty files.
