No. The roster is the CMS Doctors and Clinicians file, a public Medicare dataset dated Aug 18, 2026, which is why the practice names and phone numbers hold up. We build the email column on top of it and verify each address. Directories resell aging rows to every buyer. A public file plus our own verification does not have that problem.
That is what we go after: the pediatrician's own address at their practice domain. A reception inbox does not count as a find. Rows without a verified personal address still ship with name, NPI, practice, phone, city and state, so you can reach them by phone or mail.
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you guesses. You see the count before you pay, not after.
This list is general pediatrics as enrolled with CMS. Pediatric cardiology, pediatric surgery and the other pediatric subspecialties enroll under their own codes and are not mixed in here. Pediatrics is under enrolled in Medicare compared with adult specialties for the obvious reason, so treat this as the Medicare enrolled subset, which is still the largest verifiable public roster of practicing pediatricians.
