Who buys this list

Locum and anesthesia staffing firms

Coverage gaps are the biggest recurring spend in this specialty. A named physician with a work email is worth more to you than another call into a hospital operator queue.

Airway, monitoring and disposables vendors

Video laryngoscopes, depth of anesthesia monitors and single use disposables are evaluated by the anesthesiologists who use them, then bought by the group.

Anesthesia billing and information systems

Anesthesia specific RCM and AIMS software is sold to group leadership. Practice name plus city lets you spot the groups worth a targeted pitch.

Insurers, CME and professional services

Malpractice carriers, CME providers and financial services all market to this specialty. One payment, national reach, no per record pricing.

Questions buyers ask

How current is the underlying data?

The CMS Doctors and Clinicians file we build from is dated Aug 18, 2026. When CMS publishes a new file we rebuild and reverify, and the dates on this page change with it.

Who is behind each row?

One clinician. Name, credential, NPI, the practice they bill from, the practice phone, city and state, and a verified work email where we have one. Buyers tell us the front desk inbox is the thing that ruins a list, so we do not count one as an email.

How much of the file is emailable?

Compare that with a vendor who quotes a record count and stays quiet about coverage.

Are CRNAs and anesthesiologist assistants in this file?

No. This list is physician anesthesiologists only. CRNAs and anesthesiologist assistants enroll under their own CMS specialty codes, and mixing them into a physician list is a common way vendors inflate a record count. If you want the CRNA roster as a separate file, ask and we will build it.

How stale is the email column?

Stale data is why lists get returned, so the check runs against live mailboxes rather than a cached result. Hard bounces over five percent on your first send are a refund.

What about HIPAA?

HIPAA protects patient health information. This file has none. It is provider business data from a public CMS Medicare file, the same records anyone can download. Your send is governed by CAN-SPAM: accurate sender identity, a physical postal address in the message, a working unsubscribe. Rules elsewhere are your responsibility.
